Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), please allow additional processing time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination. We offer several shipping options for your convenience, which will be available during checkout.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping times are approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. The Worthy Ones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. The Worthy Ones is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there was an error with the items you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the item. The product must be in its original, unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
